See where your body is today, in a few short moves
The Movement Limitations Test is made of movements you do every day. At each step a short video shows the move, and you mark how it felt. The result is the starting point for the experience we build for you.

Frequently asked questions
- Is the test a diagnosis?
- No. The test lets you mark how comfortable everyday movements feel, based on your own observation. It does not replace a medical assessment.
- What do I need?
- A bit of free space and comfortable clothes. A mat or rug helps with the moves done on the floor.
- What if I can't do a movement?
- That's fine; mark what you can do. If you feel pain, skip that movement instead of forcing it.
